Aakash Tablet 2 which is the successor of Aakash has been launched by Indian
President Pranab Mukherjee. Disadvantages
include: no SIM card option, no camera. Advantages
include: Good battery backup when compared to Aakash Tablet, Capacitive touch
screen, HD video player. Performance is 3 times better than its predecessor Aakash,
Aakash Tablet 2 consists of capacitive touch screen whereas Aakash Tablet
consists of Resistive (normal) touch screen. Ubislate 7+ which is the
commercial version of Aakash Tablet 2 has additional features the front camera
used for video calling and capturing images f low quality, Skype and Android

Display: The size of the display is 7.0 inches capacitive touchscreen and the resolution of the screen is 800*600 pixels, multi- touch. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
